100GB HDD?

I guess it takes big and important postings to bring out this sense of inadequacy..

Paeds.. I wonder why it's always like that.. I can memorise a topic when i'm studying at home.. Write out the stuff that need to be memorised by heart and then happily tell myself:"Hor se la! I know about this condition liao!!"

Then the very next day when the tutor asks me a question on the topic i will be:"Er... Ah.." If the tutor's not very nice, he/she will probably give me a:"This one also don't know??!!" look
But most of them are nicer and will give the:"It's ok, you're stupid but it's alright.. i'll teach you or ask your more intelligent friends.." (Quote from Jere)

Then Lo and Behold when my friends are asked they will regurgitate the whole stuff, then i will go:"Oh Ya!!!" and feel like banging my head on the wall for forgetting.. And that's not all!! They can even go on to stuff i haven't heard about!!

I propose that there's a few degree of severity for forgetting:

Grade 4 --Learn and forget: The most severe of all.. everything that has entered the brain gets washed off after a night's sleep.

Grade 3 -- Remembering new things learnt but forgetting previous knowledge completely: Not as bad as 4.. At least can remember the newest thing learnt

Grade 2 -- Remembering new things well but vaguely know the older stuff: Hope i can at least reach this stage.. At least got something to say when asked..

Grade 1 -- Remembering everything but memory wears off over time (i.e over months): Lagi better.. Can at least cramp stuff in the last few months

Grade 0 -- Forgetting the ability to forget: What more can i say?

The higher the grade the worse is the prognosis for the 5 month survival rate for what is left of year 5.
